On Monday I went for my colonoscopy follow-up visit. Three polyps were found and removed. Good news is that they were benign. Bad news is that I'm supposed to have another procedure in 3 yrs vs 5. Also discovered was diverticulosis, which is really nothing, unless it develops into diverticulitis.
On Tuesday I went for my annual female exam. Good news is that no lumps were discovered via poking. Bad news is that I had gained 10 pounds since last year!
In order to reduce the risk of polyps, diverticulitis, and weight gain, one must diet. Imagine that!
Therefore, on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday - I'm probably going to eat anything and everything I can while trying to psych myself out for a diet that I'm hoping to start Monday (if not sooner), in order to metamorphose into a skinny person with no health issues.
