Bad news: So now it's my antique Chinese Checkers set that's missing.
Good news: I might not be the one who misplaced it.
We own several antiques. Before Christmas, I had this old Chinese Checkers game on display on a table in my living room. But during Christmas I used the table to house a small Christmas tree to display White House ornaments my brother sends me every year. Knowing that I would have two 3yr olds and a 10mo. old here during the holidays, I had to find a special place to put the set, because as you probably know, Chinese Checkers involves lots of marbles if you utilize the entire board.
So Christmas comes and goes, decorations are put away, and I'm now ready to put the game back on the table. Where is it? Shoot, I can't remember. So I'm telling my husband about it and he says, "Oh yeah, I put that up." I'm thinking, "You did? Great I'm off the hook." And then he tells me he put it under a bed. Well I'd already looked under all the beds and hadn't found it. So when I told him that, then he accused me of being the one who put it somewhere.
It's yet to found, along with the oils, and the pictures.
