Pictures of the gift under the tree - Who cares?

My daughter called this morning to let me know the oil mystery was solved. Her husband had opened the package and thought it contained a case of energy drinks that he had been enjoying while visiting. He never opened the box because we had drinks in our refrigerator and he was going to take his box home. He even thanked us for the box of drinks, and my husband (thinking I was the one to give him the drinks) kindly acknowledged it. And when my husband did that, I figured HE must have decided to give the drinks as a gift. I had put the oils in an empty box in order to wrap them all together, but I'd wrapped them way before Christmas and just utilized an empty box from our garage, where I store many different kinds I think might come in handy at Christmastime.
So imagine my son-in-law's surprise when today, for the first time, he decides to break open the box for a nice refreshing energy drink. TeeHee - wish I could have been there.
The phone call inspired me to look once again for the Checkers game. I looked under all the beds, again, and then tried the closets, where I found it covered up by a bag in a guest bedroom. WooHoo!
Maybe I should go buy a lottery ticket before the day's over - Nah, I'd probably just "misplace" it.
